Dr. Richa Grover is a well-read medical professional, who considers naturopathy as the most holistic and conventional approach to modern day well-being. After completing MD in India, Dr. Grover immigrated to Canada to pursue her interest and educate herself in the field of naturopathy and graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, Toronto. Her advanced studies in naturopathic medicine and the previously existent understanding of predominant conventional medicine, strengthened her conviction towards Naturopathy as the true art of healthy living. And hence she added another feather on her cap, by becoming a licensed naturopathic doctor. Her focus is chronic pain, fatigue, pediatrics and mental health.
Her passion is driven by the understanding of the fact, that the remedy for any ailment can be received by the strengthening of elements of one’s own body. Nonetheless, the deficiencies can be still replenished through a combination of the right choices of intake and lifestyle. And in order to reach the appropriate solution, Dr. Grover takes the right efforts in understanding thoroughly the human being, their environment, and their respective life choices. Her expert analysis can aid in ascertaining the most appropriate personalized line of treatment, which includes coaching in ideal lifestyle choices and intake.

Dr. Grover is a firm believer of balance. And so, she takes consistent steps towards it in her own life too. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones and family. When she is not working She likes to go for walks and practice Yoga. She also enjoys travelling and exploring new places with her husband.
Work with Me
The initial visit involves a complete evaluation of your overall health, diet, and lifestyle. A relevant physical exam may be performed. If required, blood work will be ordered. Please come to the visit with a list of your medications, supplements and any recent blood work or imaging that may be relevant to your health.
Follow Up Appointments
Follow up visits will be booked as needed. Usually these visits are 30 minutes in length, however we do book longer 45 or 60 minute appointments if needed
Acupuncture may be suggested to you as part of your treatment plan. Frequency and quantity of acupuncture treatments varies based on your diagnosis.
Phone or Skype Consults
The initial visit must be an in office visit. The regular fee schedule still applies.
