Ingredients:
- 2 cup cooked quinoa, cold
- 1/3 cup milk (substitute almond milk)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1 1/2 cup organic cane sugar (substitute 1 cup honey)
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Direction:
- Combined all ingredients in food processor. Blend well.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
- Store in refrigerator.
